Of ancient origins, the chilli pepper, came from the Old Continent in Europe in 1514, stowed in the caravels of Christopher Columbus.
In a very short time the cultivation spread in the Mediterranean countries, especially in the south of Italy where it remained the absolute favorite spice.
IIt is recommended for use on toasted bread and croutons, as a dressing for the preparation of hot and cold first courses and in addition to the preparation of second courses of fish, meat and vegetables.
Chilli 90%, sunflower oil, extra virgin olive oil, salt, acidifiers: citric acid and ascorbic acid, white wine vinegar (sulphites).
May contain traces of milk, celery and nuts (pistachio, almonds, walnuts).
